The yacht is the
easy part.
The crew, the transfers, the on-shore nights, the dietary briefs, the security if you need it — that's where most of the work sits. The VIP desk at Croatia Yachting holds all of it under one contact.
One desk, six moving parts.
Croatia Yachting brokers a yacht. The VIP desk wraps the rest of the trip around it — crew, transfer, security, on-shore stays, provisioning, concierge. One point of contact, clear timelines, NDA-protected workflows, GDPR-compliant data handling.
Pre-screened crews with NDAs on file before they step on board. Many have served on the same boat for years — they know the yacht, the marinas, the right konoba on every island. Multi-language working: English standard, German / Italian / French / Russian on request.
Private jet or helicopter direct to Split, Brač or Dubrovnik. Black-car ground transfers in Mercedes V-Class, BMW 7, Bentley or Rolls-Royce, with English-speaking driver. Charter departure to airport timed to your flight — no early-arrival anxiety.
Discrete bodyguards (SIA / CPO licensed, ex-military or police backgrounds) on board or shoreside for high-profile guests. NDA-bound, plain-clothed, fluent English. We brief them on the route and tide windows before departure.
Pre- and post-charter overnight in a Hvar five-star, a Korčula stone-villa rental, a Dubrovnik old-town suite. We hold the booking, manage check-in, brief the property on dietary needs and any special asks before you arrive.
Pre-trip preference list — allergies, vegan or kosher, no-pork, kids' menus, a birthday cake landing on day three. The chef sources from Adriatic markets (Split fish auction, Pag cheese caves, Istrian truffle hunters). Wine list curated against your taste profile.
Priority reservation at Hvar's Black Pepper, Vis's Pojoda, Korčula's Filippi. SUPs, jet skis, sea-bobs, towables organised against your itinerary. National park passes (Mljet, Kornati, Krka) filed ahead so you sail straight in.
Brief once. We hold the rest.
Most VIP weeks start with a half-hour call. By the next day you have a costed plan — yacht, crew, transfers, on-shore nights, dietary brief, security if needed. Changes go through one contact, not five vendors.
A half-hour call or written brief. Dates, group, dietary, security flag, on-shore preferences. NDA signed on request before the brief if you need it.
Within 24 hours: yacht shortlist (2–3 options), crew bios, transfer plan, on-shore overnights priced, concierge add-ons listed. Single document, single quote.
You pick the yacht and the on-shore stays. We hold options for 7 days while you confirm the group. First instalment locks the boat and crew.
One concierge contact on WhatsApp through the week. Last-minute reservation, weather change, jet timing, anything onboard — single handover.
What VIP looks like.
Three patterns the VIP desk handles most weeks. Each one is a real configuration — yacht size, crew, on-shore wrap — anonymised by client wish.
Grandparents flying into Split on Saturday, parents and kids meeting the boat at Marina Kaštela by 5 pm. A nanny on board for two days mid-week, a private cabin for them, kids menus for every lunch. A catamaran around 60 ft with separate hull cabins for the adults works best.
Black cars from Split airport to ACI Marina, full Wi-Fi on board (Starlink), a private breakfast meeting room each morning before sail. Discrete crew, NDA in place. A motor yacht in the 75–95 ft bracket keeps cruise speed up and meeting time in.
Just you, the captain and the chef. Anchor where you want, eat what you want, no scheduled stops. A sailing yacht 50 ft with a separate skipper cabin keeps the boat intimate. A villa night in Hvar mid-week if you'd like dry land.
Quiet by default.
Every crew member signs an NDA before they board. We don’t name clients in marketing, on social media or anywhere off-yacht. Guest data lives only inside the Croatia Yachting CRM (Croatia-based servers, GDPR-compliant), accessed by the assigned broker and the on-trip concierge — no one else.
Berths are booked under the yacht name, not the guest. On-shore reservations go in the crew name where it helps. The Cusmanich office in Split is the single point of contact; security details, if needed, route through there and not the vendor.
