Charter Broker

You guide clients from first inquiry to booked week. You shortlist yachts, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts.

What you need
  • Fluent English plus one other language
  • Strong writing and phone skills
  • Proven sales or travel background
  • Weekend duty during peak months
02 · Split

Booking Agent

You manage options, holds, and confirmations across the Med and Caribbean. You keep records clean and deadlines on track.

What you need
  • English plus Italian or German or French
  • Fast typing and CRM skills
  • Detail focus and calm under pressure
03 · Remote or Split

Digital Content Specialist

You create pages that rank and convert. You write route guides and boat pages. You improve UX copy across sites.

What you need
  • SEO writing samples
  • CMS experience
  • Basic HTML is a plus
04 · Split or Dubrovnik

Base Coordinator

You welcome guests at the marina and support turnarounds. You liaise with bases, skippers, and drivers.

What you need
  • English plus one other language
  • Driving license B
  • Weekend work in season
05 · Med and Caribbean

Skipper

You run safe, smooth charters. You brief guests, plan routes, and protect the yacht.

What you need
  • Skipper license and VHF
  • Solid docking and sailing record
  • Service mindset and clean references
06 · Med and Caribbean

Hostess or Chef

You run the galley and guest areas. You handle menus, cabins, and table service.

What you need
  • Proven hospitality experience
  • Menu planning and provisioning skills
  • Food safety awareness
07 · Split

Yacht Technician

You maintain charters to standard. You handle checks, faults, and vendor visits.

What you need
  • Electrical or mechanical background
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Clean driving record
08 · Project Based

Photographer and Videographer

You shoot boats, crews, and routes. You deliver edited reels and stills that sell.
